Cut egg tofu to 1.5cm blocks and deep fry until golden brown.
Heat up 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add in minced garlic and fry until fragrant.
Add PHUTURE™ Invincible Mince into the pan and cook for 3 minutes.
Add in seasonings (Hua Tiao Wine, oyster sauce, light soy sauce & pepper) and stir well.
Mix in carrots followed by sugar.
Pour ½ cup of water into the pan and bring to boil.
Pour in corn starch slurry to thicken sauce.
Pour sauce over fried egg tofu and garnish with chopped spring onions.
