KAI JEOW MOO SAB (THAI STYLE OMELETTE WITH PHUTURE™ INVINCIBLE MINCE)

Ingredients
  

  • 3 piece Egg
  • 150 g PHUTURE™ Invincible Mince
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Whip 2 eggs well with a wire whisk or fork, then mix in salt and PHUTURE™ Invincible Mince.
  • In a separate bowl, crack an egg and beat with a wire whisk or fork.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok or deep-frying pan over low to medium flame. Add the egg mixture.
  • While frying, bring the egg mixture together to form a cylinder shape. While holding the shape, pour the extra egg on the opening of the fried egg. Continue to deep fry until golden brown.
  • Serve alongside with your favorite condiment.
