Our products use natural beetroot and lycopene – a GMO free, brilliant natural molecule found in tomato that is responsible for the product’s rich red colour to provide the natural reddish colour with additional nutritional benefits as an antioxidant.

Our technology incorporate rice into PHUTURE® blend, which we are able to create by micro-emulsion through interactions with the protein & fats in our product. This creates the delicious fatty, juicy mouthfeel to our plant-based product, mimicking that of the building blocks in meat.

Molecular Sensory Science

We also use molecular sensory science to study the uniqueness of animal protein on a molecular level. The technology in mixture of thermal processing, natural umami flavours and reaction flavours thus giving our product an uncompromisingly delicious PHUTURE® meat delivered to taste with ease and versatility.
