Place garlic, onion and ginger in a blender and add in 100ml of water. Blend the vegetables to a fine paste.
Heat the cooking oil in a wok or deep pan over low medium heat.
Add in spices and fry until aromatic, about 1 minute.
Add the blended vegetables and sauté till they turn a pale golden color. Stirring frequently until the oil begins to separate from the mixture. (When this happens, you know the spices are cooked to perfection.)
Lower down the heat and add in curry powder. Stir until well incorporated.
Add PHUTURE™ Invincible Mince to the curry paste and sauté until cooked, stirring often to prevent burning - about 5 to 7 minutes.
Gradually add in water bit by bit and stir in seasoning.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
